Welcome to my website.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and BACP member working with adults who need help with a range of issues.

We all need help during troubled times, to seek support when feeling overwhelmed, stuck or anxious.

Perhaps previously reliable coping mechanisms aren't doing their job as well as they used to, or recent events have precipitated a feeling of crisis and life being 'out of control'.

There could be some long-standing issue which requires attention.

Whatever has brought you to consider counselling, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic space where we can explore where you are in your life and where you would like to be.

I work collaboratively to help you gain insight and awareness into what might be the blocks to living life how you would like to, and help identify your own resources for growth and greater connection with yourself and others.

I have training in Person Centred Counselling, Body Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and CBT.

I have experience working with clients over a number of years from a range of backgrounds and have trained and worked extensively with bereavement and loss.

Covid-19

I will continue to conduct therapy sessions remotely for the time being. To find out how this might work for you please get in touch for more information.

If you are interested in having counselling with me, I suggest writing a short email introducing yourself and outlining what's brought you to consider therapy at this time in your life.

I will reply suggesting times when we might meet for an exploratory session. If we are both in agreement that working together will be beneficial we can arrange to meet regularly.
